Jerome (DJ/Promotor/Producer)

Undoubtly one of the original Indonesian Drum n Bass pioneer, Jerome start his career by spinning at the  infamous “Chill Room” at Parkit club back in 1996. In the year 2000 he co-founded JAVABASS SOUNDSYSTEM. The collective has been throwing parties from the earlier Junglably Loud, to some of the underground raves such as Rhythm Unity, Higher Level, to the currently infamous monthly PHUNKTION  that has been running for 12 years. Then he co-founded JAVABASS RECORDINGS  in 2008. It established it self as  International label that showcase Indonesian DnB producers to the world .

He has traveled around Indonesia & South East Asia, playing at various gigs including the biggest raves in Indonesia such as,the annual  Jakarta Movement, Gatecrasher, Cream, Parkinsound, Dance Republic, Paradise in Bali, one of the  biggest DnB Event ever held in SEA and recently play in Djakarta Warehouse Project.

On the Producing side he already released several tunes. The  first one is in Jakarta Movement compilation CD, a collaboration with Eyes. He had also done couple remixes from well known Indonesian bands Ten2Five’s “ Jingga “ , Agrikulture’s “Gosip” and Homogenic’s  “Is it Love”, a track  that reached no 1  in various Indonesian radio dance charts. He also won multiple Indonesian Electronic Dance Music awards like PARANOIA , REDMA , Free Magz through out his career.
